Description

Hourly rate – Adelaide owned and operated business – most days work available Mon-Fri 7am-5pm.
Become part of a dynamic and friendly team of 4-5 ute drivers delivering across Adelaide.

Main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Deliver orders to customers across Adelaide Metro area
- Deliveries to Building Sites and Workshops.
- Warehouse work available once runs are completed

Requirements

Basic requirements are as follows:

• Phone Order – Customer Service Role

Description

There is an emphasis on the company being a good employer with a positive team culture, operating according to sound corporate principles.

Main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Receive incoming calls from vehicle repairers, auto electricians, car and agricultural dealerships and take orders.
- Use catalogue and website to assist identify parts.
- Upsell consumables and related parts.
- Make outbound calls to follow up customer enquiries and orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

Basic requirements are as follows:
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Motivated, reliable, focused and would enjoy fast paced team
- Respect for company values of integrity, honesty and loyalty and dedicated to customer service.
- Team spirited as well as being able to operate with own initiative.
- Phone sales experience, particularly Business to Business contact would be an advantage.
- Parts interpreter background in auto, heavy duty equipment, or agricultural would be an advantage
- Experience in the automotive repair or parts industry could be an advantage but not essential.
- Hours of work required 07:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
- Remuneration to reflect hours worked.


• Warehouse – Goods Inwards & Refrigerant Filler

Description

There is an emphasis on the company being a good employer with a positive team culture, operating according to sound corporate principles.

Main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Receive incoming orders, accurately check off, label product and stock shelves
- Fill refrigerant cylinders using brand new, state-of- the art filling station
- Maintain stock and restock shelves from bulk locations
- Manage weekly cycle counting of products
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Requirements

Basic requirements are as follows:
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Able to drive forklift and operate basic machinery
- Motivated, reliable, focused and would enjoy fast paced team
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Respect for company values of integrity, honesty and loyalty and dedicated to customer service.
- Team spirited as well as being able to operate with own initiative.
- Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage.
- ARC Refrigerant Handling licence would be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience in the automotive repair or parts industry could be an advantage but not essential.

• Procurement Assistant

Description

Main responsibilities of the role are to:
- Day-to-day ordering and sourcing for respective enquiries
- Daily review of stock control system to ensure high fill rate of orders
- Work with the Purchasing Officer/ Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director
- Assist in managing arrival dates and follow up of overseas shipments – working with freight forwarders
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers
