About the role

The Marketing Activations Manager will own our digital marketing investment and activities across both businesses. A hugely diverse, exciting and pivotal role, and one that will help ensure marketing underpins and supports our continued growth and success.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Help formulate and execute on our go forward marketing strategy


• Drive and own the continual optimisation of our marketing activation channels, activities and investment


• Management and development of a Marketing Assistant


• Ensure we continue to foster a culture of test and learn


• Management of our paid & organic search, display and re-targeting activities


• Own the development and optimisation of our Highgate Air website and ecommerce activities


• Own the development and optimisation of our Highgate Air Android and iOS Apps, including management of 3rd party App Developer


• Ensure we are effectively leveraging mobile marketing channels to expand our reach


• Planning, implementing and analysing our Highgate Air marketing campaigns


• Planning and managing activities at relevant external roadshows and trade conferences


• Look to innovate, identify new marketing channels & technology, with the aim of ensuring our marketing mix stays relevant and up-to-date

Experience required

• Deep experience in Marketing Management roles in fast moving businesses (5 Years+)


• Proven track record of managing, developing and driving teams


• Deep experience using and leveraging digital marketing channels to grow a business


• Proven experience managing and optimising Google AdWords


• Experience across a range of marketing tools
