Inside Sales Manager

About the role

The Inside Sales Manager will manage the Inside Sales team that covers both new and existing customers. The role will have direct impact on the continued commercial success and growth of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Achievement of applicable sales, service and activity targets

  • Manage, develop and motivate an inside sales team of 5

  • Develop and implement applicable training programs to ensure the team are learning and growing

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls across new and existing customers

  • Manage and ensure effective follow up on the pipeline of open quotes, leads and opportunities

  • Help problem solve and ensure our clients get the goods they need first time and on time

  • Maintain exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations

  • Drive and embed an ethos of continuous incremental process improvement through the Highgate Sales team

Experience required

  • Demonstrable experience in sales leadership role(s) (5 Years+)

  • Proven track record of managing, developing and driving teams

  • Experience of success and delivering against sales targets and metrics

  • Experience of delivering exceptional levels of customer service for clients

  • Experience working in busy high-volume roles
