About the role


The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making inbound & outbound calls to both new and existing customers. The role will have direct impact on the continued commercial success and growth of the organisation.


Your key responsibilities will be:



  • Achievement of KPI’s and targets

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with both new and existing customers

  • Managing and following up on your pipeline of open quotes and leads

  • Help problem solve and ensure our clients get the goods they need first time and on time

  • Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times

  • Participate and contribute in sales planning and status meetings

  • Keep up to date with industry and product knowledge to ensure you are providing customers with accurate and applicable information


Experience required



  • Demonstrable experience in phone sales role(s) (2 Years+)

  • Experience of success and delivering against sales targets

  • Experience of delivering exceptional levels of customer service for clients

  • Experience working in busy high-volume roles
