If you are already a Highgate Air customer, we have most likely already set up your account for you – all you need to do is reset your password!
In August 2019, we did the ‘hard work’ for our customers and set up online accounts for each business. If you haven’t yet accessed your account, you can do so by following the simple steps:
STEP ONE: SET YOUR PASSWORD
Click here, input your account email address (if you aren’t sure what your main email address is, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly on 1800 15 15 15) then hit “Reset My Password”. You will be using these details to log into your account moving forward.
STEP TWO: CHECK YOUR INBOX
Check for an email we sent to your inbox based on your Reset Password request. Click the link in the email and set your password.
STEP THREE: YOU’RE GOOD TO GO
Not yet a Highgate Air customer?
If you are not currently a Highgate Air customer, please follow this link to register for your account and we will process your account request – this may involve a phone call from one of our air conditioning sales specialist. Please note that account processing typically takes 48 hours.
