If you are already a Highgate Air customer, we have most likely already set up your account for you – all you need to do is reset your password!
In August 2019, we did the ‘hard work’ for our customers and set up online accounts for each business. If you haven’t yet accessed your account, you can do so by following the simple steps:
STEP ONE: SET YOUR PASSWORD
Click here, input your account email address (if you aren’t sure what your main email address is, you can either email us at online@highgateair.com.au or call us directly on 1800 15 15 15) then hit “Reset My Password”. You will be using these details to log into your account moving forward.
STEP TWO: CHECK YOUR INBOX
Check for an email we sent to your inbox based on your Reset Password request. Click the link in the email and set your password.
STEP THREE: YOU’RE GOOD TO GO
Head to our website or download the Highgate Air app for Android or iOS, and use your login to start benefiting from a range of features.
